Coils for cooling systems

Coils are used to air-condition a specific space at low temperatures; these are basically coil-type evaporators made of copper or micro-channel (aluminum).

Description

To be more efficient, coils require fins of various designs. These fins trap heat and improve heat exchange between the fluid inside the coil and the ambient air.

The fins increase the heat exchange surface area and can also be made of various materials.

The spacing of the coils determines the temperature levels we want to achieve for product preservation. Fewer coils per inch result in lower temperatures.
